This Coterie is dedicated to the management and improvement of kine within the Shadow Republic. Within it, Kindred make plans for the mortal city of Philadelphia. For some, it is a question of having a decent supply of vitae, while for others, it is akin to a philanthropic endeavor. For some, it is an attempt at clinging to the last vestiges of humanity within.
In addition to its role as quiet rulers of the living, the Quiet Rulers at times act as maintainers of the Masquerade, having a great deal of influence within kine authorities.
Some kindred also find that the Righelli Silenziosi is the greatest way to find decent prospects for ghouls or getting tips on the best hunting grounds.
This Coterie is for those Kindred who wants to either exert their power over kine or who wants to shine a little bit of light into the darkness. Many members see Kindred as the shepherds of humanity, superiors who take care of their herd from within the shadows, with responsibilities coming with that privilige.
