The former Lungmen sub-superintendent, graduated from the Victorian Royal Guard Academy with superb marks and outstanding achievements. During her time with the Lungmen Police Department (LPD), she cracked down on crime, fought violent offenders, tracked down armed fugitives, and brought down criminals. Being a socialite from the Schwire Group, a high-profile conglomerate family known for their business ventures in both Lungmen and Victoria. She has bountiful assets from her business and family, but seems not to take much interest in her own wealth. Swire has no intention of following in her grandfather's footsteps and constantly defies him in order to do what she feels is best for Lungmen and the people who work with and under her. In order to achieve that, she is trying to build relationships, gather allies and cultivate skills that will aid her in attaining the position. Her Grandfather, Adams Schwire was a Victorian nobleman who was the patriach of the Schwire family, one of the pillars of Lungmen's bustling economic activity. As a man with a tough spirit known for his exploits in the world of finance, Adams held the ownership of various different businesses across Victoria and Lungmen, and even predicted the inevitable end of Victoria's age of prosperity over four decades ago, hence taking the decision to move the Schiwre Group's headquarters to Lungmen. Her Grandfather's control over everything the family does and his ruthless views pushed Swire away from her family. She is viewed as an outcast and every mistake she makes is judge harshly. Time and time again her family has tried to break her and force her back into the order set up by her Grandfather. In the past, her family set up a kidnapping in order to scare her into working with them but L.G.D. saved her. This event led her to joining the L.G.D
