The Farmlands

The Farmlands -also called the lowlands or the flat lands- are the large area of flat fertile lands that reach from the edge of the Hill Lands to the north, to the edge of the dark forest in the south, with the Autaran River running through the middle.
The Farmlands are firmly Autaran Territory and are home to most of the Autaran population.
Most of the population is made up of farmers and workmen who live in small towns and villages and work in the fields and pastures. There are occasional larger towns that are often more urban and connected to trade; the farmers will often travel to these towns to sell their goods or buy special tools.

History

The Farmlands are where the Kingdom of Autara started, first forming in the The Capital and then expanding its borders over time. There are ocassional spats between the witches and the Autarans, often over territory.
