Rotheli

A traveiling people that move from town to town in caravans of colorful wagons. They entertain, trade and take on small jobs before moving on. They are a vital part of bringing trade between remote places. Each caravan, called a Argana can contain up to 30 wagons wich all can hold a family. They deeply value music, dance and storytelling. It is no surprise that the Rotheli have proused a large ammounts of bards throughout the ages. They are a people who highly value honor and honesty, and a settlement that displays dishonesty towards them will soon realise that the Rotheli will simply pass them by or avoid them for many years. The impact of lost trade can be devastating to small remote places. The Rotheli is said to be blessed by Rhodolithe for their free spirits and their passion for art and music. Every ninth year, the Rotheli will travel to huge gatherings where news, songs, disputes and special trade is dealt. These gatherings is generally limited for outsiders who has not resieved a blessing by a counsil of crones.

Structure

The Rotheli are organiced around their caravans, which they call Argana. Each Argana is lead by a Veifir elected by a council of crones. The Veifirs authority in the Argana is absolute, but the Veifir can be overthrown by the counsil if they deem the actions of the Veifir as harmfull to the Argana.
