Leather Armour & Equipment
Leather armour is made from leather, hide, or other light and flexible materials. It favors agile adventurers since it offers some protection without sacrificing dexterity. Leather armour can be crafted and augmented by characters with proficiency in Leatherworker's tools. To create a set of leather armour or make an augmentation to an existing set of light armour, the character must have a set of Leatherworker's tools and proficiency in it, a safe location to work uninterupted for the required crafting time, and the required materials and funds to craft the equipment.
The armour can mimic the colour and texture of the surrounding environment in fine detail. This grants the wearer advantage on Stealth checks made to hide from others' sight. As long as the wearer does not move on their turn, they can Hide anywhere regardless of their level of cover, or obscurity. In addition, other creatures have disadvantage on sight based Perception checks to locate the wearer, until the start of their next turn.
