You have expertese in the Stealth skill. In addition, without squeezing, you can move through and stop in a space large enough for a Small creature.
Surprise Attack
If you surprise a creature and hit it with an attack on your first turn in combat, the attack deals an additonal 2d6 of the weapon's damage to it. You can use this trait only once per combat.

Bugbears resembled hairy, large goblins standing 8 feet (2.5 meters) tall. They took their name from their noses and claws, which were similar to those of bears. They have excedingly long limbs and walk with a clumsy gait that belies the dexterity and finesse they are capable off.Biology and Aging
Bugbear pups are born in litters of 3-4. They reach ealy adulthood at age 10, and grow quickly to a lanky length of 2 meters in their first decade. The average lifespan of a bugbear is 80 years.Habitat
Bugbears tend to live in caves and secluded places in the Wylderness, to best make use of their sneaking abilities. In an urban environment, they prefer subterranian homes, as they are more comfortable in cooler, dark places.Diet
Bugbears are carnivorous. They are excelent hunters in the wylde, and tend to keep large herds of sheep and goats for food.Sapient Traits
History
The early bugbears migrated to Dunia during the Age of the Silver Kingdoms. The goblinoids came to the world to conquer a place for themselves under the watchful eye of a hateful god. Their armies were defeated, and their god was ousted from Dunia. The remaining goblins became nomads until they eventually settled down in the cities and Wylderness.Manerisms
Bugbears are physicaly slow, but can move explosively fast when called for. They take effort to get as many results with the least amount of effort possible. Their speach is slower paced than other peoples causing them to see bugbears as pondering or even slow witted, but this tends to mask how inteligent and cunning Bugbears can be.Values and Traits
