Pech's Crew

Structure

Pech stands at the top, he dictates who makes captain and who sails under his banner, he is one of the three pirate Emperors and watches down the chain. Not a single man, woman or child serves in his crew without his knowledge and whilst a Captain can make their own decisions Pech is not a man with much humour or mercy in his heart.

Public Agenda

Pech makes it clear, he is here to make himself rich, he is here to make himself feared and he is hear to dominate the waves. He also makes it clear that certain races are filth to be cleansed.

Assets

Imperial reports reckon between 40-60 ships of varying design but all of military bent, he has perhaps 4000 or 5000 souls bound under arms serving in his fleet, beyond this it is hard to tell but the Emperor's maintain there seats for a reason.
