Sheena Callahan possessed a highly advanced and dexterous form of telekinesis, at what is known as expert level. She could manipulate any object that she could perceive through her natural senses, ranging from as small and light as a grain of sand to as large and heavy as a loaded wagon. Though she often manifested this power by waving her hands to direct objects to her will, she could also move things simply by looking at them, with her hands bound, though this did take more energy on her part.
