Even now, at over 300 years old, she still looks like a 25 year old woman. Where most immortals merely stop aging, they can still be killed or harmed via external means; Philomene's immortality is derived from regenerative healing. Philomene immediately and rapidly heals from even the most fatal injuries: she has regrown amputated limbs, healed from massive burns, and is immune to all diseases, illnesses, and infections.
