The first necromancer in the Callahan line, Hanora was able to see and hear all ghosts of the dead without the need for summoning spells. By experimenting and using what spirit knowledge she could glean from the Callahan Grimoire, Hanora was able to build a powerful set of necromantic spells and rituals, ranging from spirit conjuration and banishment; demon summoning, exorcism, and banishment; corpse reanimation; spirit warding; and ghost vanquishing. She compiled her knowledge into her own necromantic grimoire, which she eventually passed on to her son.
Like her sister Johanna, in order to distinguish her new necromantic bloodline from her witch sister, Hanora gave her son the surname Hanson
