Finn's magic comes from the element of Earth.
Finn's primary power is chlorogenesis - the power to generate plants, including vines, moss, fungi, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits, and flowers, whether by drawing them from already existing plants, or by manifesting them anywhere he wants (albeit in and from natural sources of earth.) Finn is also able to enhance and accelerate the growth of existing plants with this ability.
As a child of the old and renowned Barabouss bloodline, Finn also manifests the secondary power of chlorokinesis, which is the power to manipulate and control plant-life. With chlorokinesis, Finn is able to shape and manipulate plants, including wood, vines, plants etc., using them in both defensive and offensive ways - he can can shield himself with branches and vines; trap, tangle, and bind enemies with roots, branches, and vines; use branches to strike with blunt force; and even cause certain plants to release damaging toxins and pheromones to poison enemies.

Personal history
Father of Diana Callahan. Finn was born in 1964 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. He is a son of the Barabouss family of witches, which trace its origins to the hoodoo witches of Haiti and survived as slaves in Louisiana before being freed during the American Civil War.
Finn met Cassidy in 1987 and quickly fell in love, despite his family's objections at her being white. All were amazed when Cassidy fell pregnant, and were dismayed when he decided to move to Cape Otway with Cassidy. He organised his passport and visa to travel to Australia. The plan was that Cassidy would go home first, and Finn would join her a few weeks later and they would meet at Melbourne airport. When he arrived at Sydney International Airport he was set upon by mages of the Fii Uitate, who kidnapped him and took him to the Sydney Citadel, before transferring back to the main citadel in Budapest. He has been kept in a constant comatose state since then, so that his powers could be channeled by a Fii Uitate mage.
