Vownuh

The home planet of Humanity, Vownuh is a temperate planet with about 50% of the surface being covered in liquid water. 
With much of the surface being made up of plains with fine soil, perfect for farming, the idea of a 
The surface is largely flat, existing at or around sea level, leading to large tracts of farmable land that have been taken full advantage of. Not only that, but it has lead to a culture surrounding draft animals and other mounts, the specifics of which change depending on where you are on the surface.

Geography

Varied in climate across its surface, Vownuh is a large planet with about half of its surface being covered in water. 
In a band across its equator, the most temperate regions exist. Mostly forests and grasslands, with a small handful of deserts appearing. To the north and south poles, frozen sheets of ice spread for miles in every direction.

Fauna & Flora

Most animals on the planet fall under mammalian or avian, with a few reptilian and amphibian species being found. Poisonous plants and animals are rare, more commonly found in the ocean, and just off of the coast.

Natural Resources

High in metals, especially those that are used for arcane purposes. Large deposits of gold and silver in many varieties. Many of these have been mined out, and miners must delve deep if they wish to get at what is left.
