Human
One of the most widespread species, Humans are known for their flexibility in all things above anything else.
Be it geological and climatic surroundings, political upheaval, or long stretches away from home and family, you can always find a human willing to put up with any or all trials to get what they want or need.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Human bodies, just like everything else about them, are varied. Ranging from muscular to flabby and large to small, they cover quite a gamete of possibility. However, they are almost exclusively in the mid-range in most aspects such as strength and natural dexterity.
Of course, there are always exceptions...
Genetics and Reproduction
Facing no sort of 'breeding period', humans can either mate for life or not at all throughout their lifespan, with gestation being just below a year.
Growth Rate & Stages
On the mid-range of the 'species growth scale', humans grow relatively quickly in comparison to some races that have been discovered across the Void, but positively slowly to others.
Ecology and Habitats
Every human subspecies has an environment that suits it more. The Plainsborn prefer any form of wide and flat grasslands. The Timberborn preferring forests, especially temperate or taiga environments. The Rainborn prefer wet jungles and swamps, while the Seaborn and Voidborn are perhaps the most unique in their namesakes, living on the waves and between the stars respectively, their ships being their homes.
Each of these are simply where each of these peoples are happiest. They are by no means limited in any way from living anywhere else.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Much to the shock of many, Humans are able to eat a lot of things that would be considered poisonous. Through a unique combination of alchemical structure and internal biology, they can wolf said products down.
Most able to thrive as a species in an agrarian setting, Humans are also fit to hunt for their own food, making them adept at surviving in any location.
Biological Cycle
Perhaps a species more prone to the ravages of time in many cases, humans who are reaching the end of their lifespan are vastly reduced from the days of their prime.
That being said, they also have a longer-lived 'elderly' stage than many species, living for quite a while in said state.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Human eyesight is statistically better than most other known species, but hearing is average. They do not possess any out-of-the-ordinary sensory organs or methods.
