The strange and alien Fleshwarps are the product of science and magic going horribly awry. These sentient abominations come from a variety of backgrounds and locations, though the "naturally occuring" among them almost all hail from The Green Waste and The Glowing Sea where the chaotic energy of the second world still scars the land and all things living in it.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
The majority of the Fleshwarps found on the planet are found in The Green Waste and The Glowing Sea though there are some reported as far west as The Forest of the Dead, and strange rumors of necromantic creations of the Vampire counts of Lakta seem to match descriptions of the Fleshwarp species also.
Average Intelligence
Fleshwarp intelligence varies but is on par with most other sapient creatures. Many are feral owing to the nature of their creation though it's rumored that there are Fleshwarp settlements deep in the wastes.

History
The Fleshwarps as a Species are almost all created. They are the products of experimentation on sapient creatures by any number of people with the oldest fleshwarp lines being believed to have come from the Second World.
The majority of Erryt's fleshwarps are found in the Green wastes in villages at the far eastern side of the wasteland zone, but a few manage to make their way west and cross into the civilized countries. Also there are rumored to be aquatic Fleshwarps living in the glowing sea, but if there are no one has ever made solid contact with them.
Finally the Vampire counts of Lakta have been producing Fleshwarp servants for years and keeping them carefully hidden as spies and assasins. These individuals share biology but in no way share any culture of traditions.
