Human
H umans are by far one of the most populous of the sentient species of Errota. You can find them in every corner; from the largest cities, to deepest forests. They are also the most diverse. With this diversity beings conflict. Humans tend to be at the heart of most conflicts in the world."What kin un be say'in about humans. They be thinking they know ev'ry thin, but ain't particularly good tat nuthin."~Paxton the Huntsmen
Humans are also inherently curious. They are continuously asking the question "why?". Humans are responsible for most of the technology in the world; they are never content, it is never "good enough".
After the sundering, it was the humans that invented the great airships. They were the first to experiment with shard tech, and have used it to create some of the greatest marvels of the isles.
Basic Information
Biological Traits
Humans are average. No, truly, they set the standard for average. They (as a species) do not have any one area where they stand out, nor do they have an particular weakness. The Cloven and stronger, Faaleyce more agile, the elves more charismatic; you get the idea. Humans are average.
Genetics and Reproduction
Humans are a traditional male/female reproductive species. Females give live birth after 9 months gestation; usually to one offspring.
Humans are biologically compatible with most other sapient species (especially faaleyce and elves) with the exception of the Cloven and Turtle-kin.

Growth Rate & Stages
Infancy - Birth to One Year of Age (completely depended)
Toddler - One to Five Years of Age (still completely depended but self motive)
Childhood - Five to Eleven Years of Age (able to complete simple tasks with increasingly less supervision)
Adolescence or Teenage - Twelve to Eighteen Years of Age (able to spend longer and longer times without supervision, begin to be reproducibly viable requiring greater levels of supervision)
Adulthood - Eighteen to Forty Years of Age (reproductive age)
Mature - Forty to Sixty Years of Age (post reproductive age, but still physically capable)
Senior - Sixty to Eighty Years of age (physical capabilities begin to diminish)
Elder - Eighty Years of Age and Up (beyond their physically productive years, but incredible sources of knowledge)

Dietary Needs and Habits
Humans are omnivores. Truth is, they are garbage pits. Humans will eat just about anything as long as it hasn't started to decay (although blue cheese makes one wonder even about that). Much like horses, they especially seem to enjoy things that are sweet.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
For humans nothing stands out when it comes to the senses. They have all of the basic ones, but are not particularly good with any of them.
Two things are highly notable however. First, humans are particularly reliant on sight. It is unclear why, as it is not very good, but they have developed countless technologies to "aid" in sight making them on par with many other creatures natural abilities.
Secondly, humans who have lost their sight, or never had it, show a remarkable improvement in other senses, particularly sound and smell. Indeed, many humans who have lost their sight show hearing abilities comparable with nocturnal creatures that use hearing as their primary sensing ability. This suggest that humans, in fact, have chosen their one of their weakest senses for primary use (probably out of convenience) when they have much stronger choices.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Humans come in a number of colors with various tints. They tend to run in the creams to browns, sometimes with slight green or yellow tints to them. Hair ranges wildly. Most common are golds, browns and black. These can be tinted (sometimes strongly) red. White is also not uncommon but this tends to be a sign of age. Humans are mostly bald with hair concentrated on their heads, and lower torso.
