Formed by Elder Owyn Lyon when an expedition crossed the American Wasteland in search of more technology, The East Coast Chapter has become the stalwart defenders of the Capitol Wasteland. Currently lead by Sarah Lyon's as Elder, they fight back control over the Capitol alongside the Regulators.
