The Regulators
Formed by Sonora Cruz, the East Coast/ Mojave County Regulators strive to give evil what they deserve: a bullet to the skull. Unburdened by the justice system or jurisdiction: Regulators strive to fight whoever deserves it regardless of who or where they are. Known for their distinctive attire of a cowboy hat, badge and duster: the Regulators are the reaper to any who thinks themselves above justice.
Structure
Run through mostly indepenat opperators, each regulator works under "Lord Death" fighting raiders, ferals, and mutants as solo or in brief co-operative missions. Regulator dead drops are organized by Lord Death to keep them mobile and able to fight as moving gunfighters and not get ambushed easily.

Created by Senora Cruz as a way of fighting back against the evils of the wasteland, she inadvertently created a force that whilst never localised, managed to create a boogeyman for those who had ill intentions in the East.
