Sonora Cruz is a founding member of the East Coast Regulators, her unconventional take on the Lawman has made her a successful creator of a militia that stalks the evil in the night. Though no longer an active member of the hunt, she still coordinated attacks and manages the distribution of supplies for Regulator Dead Drops

Personal history

Having witnessed a murder at age 15, Sonora vowed never to turn a blind eye to evil and thus began forming a group out of distraught and after a decade of searching she had founded the Regulators alongside Markus Carabine, Frank Pickman, and ten others. She served alongside them in the field in its infancy but took to more of a managerial role when the organization reached a more established presence and founded a base of opperations.

  Taking the title "Lord Death" for being the Hades to her Regulator's Thanatos, respected by all, she coordinates pay for all kills, verification sweeps to make sure rogue elements are exposed and disposed of, planning and preperation of concentrated strikes, and setting up Regulator Dead Drop suuply caches for her wandering agents. 

 Senora Cruz was the one who ordered her last living founding agent, Carabine to head to the Mojave to found a new branch, and in recent months it was Senora who reactivated Rival's status as a regulator
