History
Founded by Roger Maxson in the year 2077 when he and a select few deserters when they discovered the terrible plans that the US military had concocted, they BoS formed as guardians of the prewar tech that threatened to destroy the world again. The organisation has since split into the Mojave and East Coast Chapters, this article focuses on the Mojave Chaptor

Their powerful Powerarmor and energy weapons has made them extremely effective during scouting missions

They are scientifically and technologically advanced the point of only having the Enclave and the rumoured "Institute" as competitors for technology and science.
Foreign Relations
Foreign Relations are tense between the NCR and the BoS though this has been mitigated through an alliance forged by Veronica Santangelo and Danny Prior
Agriculture & Industry
Their reliance on scavenging and supply drops from the NCR has made their fairly stunted in regards to industry though leaps in agricultural science from unique data collected from vault 22 has allowed them to more self-sufficient in maintaining food supplies
Trade & Transport
They trade their mechanical engineering abilities and assist in the maintenance of NCR tech whilst keeping their secrets to themselves, for transport they have limited Veritbird travel.
