Otto went to Starskyns Academy for primary education (nine years). Thanks to his distinction in the Army Junior Military Officer's Training Program (Army JMOTP) at Staufork Academy, Otto was granted an offer to go through the Army MOTP at the Sinofur Military University. He showed clear talent in hand-to-hand and melee weapons combat as well as prowess in ranged weapons- kickboxing, short blades, and sniper rifles being his specialty respectively. Otto also showed an aptitude for tactics, training others, and being unnoticed. These combined skills put him on the fast track to the Stalker Forces in Sinofur's army, where he eventually became a Predator and earned the moniker of Wolfgang.
