Bandits of Solano Pass

A loosely connected group of bandits that have terrorized traders and nobility attempting to pass through the southern mountain passes almost since the beginning of the new millenium. Luckily, bandit activity has decreased greatly in recent years, ever since the bandits were defeated in The Battle of Basnora Pass.
Their most infamous leader was a mysterious figure known as The Starling.
