Evening, we’re the Tesseract’s Key. We’re here to spread our communal ideals and unconditional love through the aura of Psionicism. We seek to unite the public under an umbrella of understanding and empathy, lives dedicated to the betterment of our collective existence in this vast and breathtaking world we’ve found ourselves in. Structure

Tesseract's Key is run by a billion+ strong group of people each democratically elected for their particular area, with varying jurisdictions, ranging from individual neighborhoods to entire solar systems, or multiple systems.
Voting in these leaders is done through huge mandatory debate and voting sessions which involve the citizens of the Faction projecting their mind psionically into a massive nearly galactic-spanning web of thoughts and emotions, allowing for near perfect understanding between peoples and their needs, with empathy being inherent to understanding of ideals and control. This incredible method of communication causes the leaders of the Faction to be actually suited to their roles, as those who seek to lie or twist their intentions are found out by nearly anyone capable of basic psionic use, with more tricky or strong willed individuals found out by the veteran psionic users.
Due to this incredibly unique and powerful system of leadership and power allocation, nearly no one in the Faction goes unheard. Every role is taken care of, every voice logged and considered, all minds joined as one in a unionizing harmony.
Laws are decided through direct democracy through these voting systems, and are thus expected to be known (or at least, the most important laws are), causing law enforcement to be both easier, and much more proficient as enforcement officers are required to know the laws they enforce. Law enforcement often involves the officers using their ability to read minds to make sure any dangerous or criminal thoughts are prevented or corrected through punishment or mind alteration.

Assets

Tesseract's Key has a large fleet filled to the brim with technology that is capable of harnessing the power of Psionics to power themselves, their weapons, and even their computers. Some of these ships even possess what The Key describes as an "Artificial Psionically Sustained Soul," allowing it to run itself, analogous to an AI.

Almost all technology within The Key Seeks to amplify psionic abilities and interact with psionic presences and psionic fields.
