Rimward Revelations

The Rimward Revelations is a series of documents and holo-videos officially released and recognized by the Krasian Meritocracy detailing both the existence of an ever-present Alien Threat named "The Hosts" hiding and spreading through humanity to both learn and weaken humanity for an impending alien incursion. It contains holograms of a fleet of odd looking Host ships slowly bearing down on the Galactic Southern Rim. The documents confirm that Krasian officials had rumors of this ever-present threat leading back before the War of Colonization from Krasian explorers returning from the Depths. The documents contain snippets of correspondence from the former Accolade from that time discussing steps to strengthen humanity's defenses.
The release of these documents came soon after a released document traced back to a member from the Intrepid Explorer, rumored to potentially be Tumerian Li Shen, exposed both the Krasian Meritocracy's conquest of the Court of Scavs as well as the mystical beings known as Hosts. The original document from this unconfirmed author does detail other mystical forces known as The Fateweavers as well as Orgeneous, but these sections were never referenced in the Rimward Revelations and have since been dismissed as religious propaganda by Krasian officials.
The Accolade's spokeswoman responded to a reporter on this point during the official release of the Rimward Revelations: "Every lie must have a grain of truth. While manifestos like this are common, this author did unwittingly stumble upon the grain of truth that we have opted to inform the public about now. We commend the author on their intention, flawed that it may have been, and it was rightly decided by the Accolade that this is an issue for all humanity thus should be understood by all humanity."
