Hopper Wholesale Telecommunications
HopCom is a broadcast network operating within The Rim, Krasian Territory, and Terran Space. They are known for their series of smaller transport ships that carry fewer broadcasts but can make the travel between systems quicker than the standard Broadcast Ship. They specialize in hopping from system to system and doing mass relay dumps quickly and thus end up with primarily contracts that seek to spread information across the Rim as quickly as possible. As such, they tend to be cheaper for multiple systems but have less presence with stationary Broadcast Pylons than their rivals.

Acosta and Hopper have had good working relations in the past. While this was a sticking point for Acosta and GMQ for some time, Acosta's superior Pylon technology has benefited Hopper in several Core systems for years now.
Rivalry
It is well known that Hopper stole their model from GMQ. It is rumored that Hopper was actually an offshoot of GMQ until a division in the company years ago. It is uncommon to see them sharing Pylons in remote areas and they tend to give each other a wider berth.
