Doomspeaker Jackeith Andes
Jacketh is a gaunt, bald man with high cheekbones who constantly wears a brown robe with the symbol of the Red Sun on the back and front. He is a follower of the Church of Rhoth who is dedicated to the downfall of Supervisor Thaddeus Garrett. He stands in the hallway as close to the Supervisor's office as he is permitted and speaks of the wrath of Rhoth and the pending doom of the Star Forge.
