Fold of Thinis
The Fold of Thinis is a stable fold that spans most of the Nile region and a large portion of the south coast of the Mediterranean up to Algeria.
It's baptism is due to the fact that it's sudden appearence swallowed the ancient capital of Thinis, as well as other settlements located where today are Sudan and Egypt.
The city of New Thinis was rebuilt inside the fold after the Cairo Concordat and is today the headquarters for the Council. It is also home to the first academy to be officially recognized by the Council, the Ibis Academy.
