Kline Muldarch
Kline Muldarch was the son of Zurrok, the Emperor of the Sirasion Empire, and twin brother to Terrix.
Kline’s life was chaotic from the very start, being separated from his mother and father after Tirana gave birth to him on Caldur Primaris after a plot by Red Venom to corrupt Zurrok’s sons. Before Kline was corrupted however, he was taken by an AI agent and grew up adopted in the Alliance while also receiving extensive training to become an AI agent.
During this time, he learned the ways of the sword. After 4 years of non-stop training, he earned his blade: a master-crafted Katana that could activate an energy field that can cut through just about anything. Kline had no clue of his origins until he was around 16.
After hearing about his apparent twin brother’s death during the Great Betrayal, Kline searched for an identity. He spent a brief time hiding behind the name “the Nightstalker”, keeping his identity a secret for a long time. One day he got a message from his supposedly dead brother and went to recruit him to his cause. However it turned out to be a trap and he was captured by the Sirasions.
After his long-time friend and partner, Laura Fellhammer, was also captured, they were sentenced to death by public execution. Laura’s father, Master-General Damien Fellhammer, came to rescue them however, and succeeded. The victory was bittersweet, for it hat cost the Master-General his life. This was a low point in Kline’s life as he often blamed himself for Fellhammer’s death.
In later days Kline became a key figure in Alliance politics, becoming the leader of AI for a while. It was also during this time that Laura gave birth to their two sons, Xendar and Alec, though this was a closely guarded secret.
After his partner Laura was captured by the Necrophytes, Kline rushed to her aid but lost his sword in the escape. After being re-captured by the Sirasions, he was forced to live in exile when the Alliance was conquered in General Carxis’ greed and ambition. He lived with his sons for a few years after. In his exile he yearned for purpose in life so much that he tried appealing to Zurrok’s humanity to become his son, “The son Zurrok never had”. When it turned out that Kline was not willing to give up his ideals however, he found himself a hunted man once again.
After Fellhammer’s resurrection and the battle of Sanctuary Prime, Kline turned himself in to his father to face justice. He was given a lethal injection behind closed doors so that his family wouldn't be hunted again. He was buried in a tomb on Siran, where Alec once visited.
Kline was known for being incredibly adept at stealth and evasion and was a master swordsman, often coming out on top when bringing his sword to a gunfight.
( note for new write up: was exiled and told not to get involved with the galaxy ever again, witnessed a number of tradgedies brought on by the war and just couldn't stop himself from getting involved. sirasion war council insist to zurrok kline has to be dealt with, sirasion people at this point getting war-crimey, zurrok relents and tells kline to surender himself.
