King
King Khizra is the strongest and arguably the wisest Rada of the Collective, chosen by his people to lead, he is doing his best to stay true to his heart as a warrior and a smart politician for his people.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
A Juggernaught of muscle and well defined physique, Khizra has a perfectly sculpted body of a fighting god amongst men with a powerful tail and sharp teeth and claws. His body parts are agile and flexible, capable of sudden and twisting movements most humanoids wouldn't want to attempt.

Personal history
Khizra was born completely by chance on the Yaku planet of Kyran when Bashi attempted his first Rada Takeover of the Yaku species. One of the royal guards transformed into him, his parasite gleaming all sorts of information from the man close to the king. He transformed in front of Bashi and when the giant brute demanded obedience, Khizra did not see a reason to bow. Instead he grabbed Bashi and smashed him into the nearby wall despite their huge size difference, for he had the strength to make for the difference.
Explaining to Bashi that kings were not made but born, Khizra used his knowledge of Bashi's plans and the knowledge of the Yaku species to plot out the scope of the new Collective he decided to make, he rallied forces under his banner and dominated those who did not fall in line, like Bashi who he had dominated physically and who joined his cause. He had two enemies in two Rada who had near equal might to his, although due to his own advantage of having Bashi and other brilliant minds both them and his might were able to overcome the two would be kings.
Then Khizra reorganized the old Yaku Collective into the brand spanking new Rada Collective. He led the Rada in the Extinction Wars were his people fought all factions and he eventually would see the wisdom in garnering allies, eventually allying both with the Human Alliance and the Skaronians against forces like the Sirasion Empire and the Necrophyte Dynasty. Khizra would himself be a negotiator and warrior both, inspiring his people.
In the years of the extinction war, Khizra was part of many important battles and events, political or otherwise, where he proved he was the most powerful being of his species at the time. Were it strenght to destroy enemy vehicles with ease or being a shrewd politician, he kept the Collective intact despite their great enemies. Eventually however Bashi's shadow crept back in and he was imprisoned by the figure called Ethem who wished the Rada to grasp their full offensive potential, only apparently possible under Bashi. For the first time Khizra was defeated by methods he did not understand and was captured by Bashi along with his mate and partner, Sidra.
By a combined effort, he was saved part in by his son Jarkta and a quallition of forces of the galaxy, allowing Khizra to send a galaxy wide message to the Rada to retreat and cease all hostilities, saving the galaxy from the Rada and surging the galaxy conquering species into literally everyone's shit-list, much more so because their god, the great worm had arrived in the galaxy, a worm large enough to be able to eat planets, a considerable threat to any and everyone.
However despite tensions, Khizra made things right little by little and assumed a passive but protective period for the Rada, calming from the five years of constant war that had been their entire lives up to that point. Khizra mostly focused on foreign relations, technology, defense and attack technologies as well as infrastructure, in fifty years accomplishing a modern civilization to be proud of. Even currently, he rules the Rada with a noble heart and focused mind as he tries to deal with the ever louder voices within his borders, calling for action and violence.
Education
King Khizra has the genetic memories of the Yaku Knight super soldier program and has been educated and absorbed a lot of knowledge all over the galaxy, sharing in the Rada's collective consciousness.
He has acquired 750 traits by himself, however he is only actively using only 80 of them in his being at any one time. He had done this much in five years, the number of traits he has attained in fifty is hard to comprehend and the active ones used are unknown.
Failures & Embarrassments
King Khizra was defeated in one on one combat against Ethem with his Royal guard and his mate Sidra all suffering defeat in Khizra's own throneroom, allowing for his capture by Bashi. Never before and never since had Khizra been humiliated so one sidedly.
King Khizra was fooled and betrayed by the Skaronian Leader, Drekthar who betrayed Khizra's test of trust with him by handing him the mini-lock the Rada had earned in righteous combat, being given back a fake mini-lock. Despite having taking Revenge for this outrageous betrayal, the Rada and Khizra himself still look at Skaronians as word-breakers and traitors.
