Possible that Raven Queen really doesn't fuck with Vecna

Maybe even Vecna followed the same steps / strategy that the Raven Queen used to ascend. In the process, they would have had to oust the Raven Queen, and the Raven Queen is potentially the reason that Vecna didn't FULLY ascend to godhood, so now they got beef.
