The four remember
In the primordial dungeon that led to Kamaljiori , the party found this text:
Betwixt the chaos, our order reigns, the ones who made us, refined the planes. As ages die, their time an ember, the four endure, the four remember.
It didn't seem to directly tie in to the dungeon or it's solution other than being generally about the planes, so I think this might refer to something wider.
Potentially indicating that there are 4 sphinxes? We currently know of two. That's all I can really think of here.
Could also be referring to the Ashari?
Elemental keepers?
See themselves as sort of "keeping the faith" from The First War? Everyone else has been too distracted with the whole divine vs arcane shit, they've forgotten the real charge of humanity, to keep the titans at bay. That's why the Ashari place each of their communities around the remaining rifts. They remember.

The Raven Queen indicated that the path to the sphinx gave them "what they need". This was in response to a question regarding the Goristro, Yenk, but was vague enough to potentially apply to their broad situation.

Possible update:
In regards to the RQ vague assertion. It could be that she was referring to the gate scroll, meaning that the path on the Glintshore WAS a path to a sphinx. That would mean that we know of 3 sphynxs currently.
Possibly all related to an element?
Glintsphynx is fire (volcanic island)
Kamaljiori is water (frostweald)
Osysa is air (scrying and shit)
And the implied fourth was possibly the sphinx of the Ioun temple under Whitestone, likely killed by the Briarwoods. (Related to Earth to mirror the risidium in the area as well as the sun tree and ley lines. All very earthy)
