The Cult of Vecna

While it hasn't been DIRECTLY established, the Cult of Vecna seems to be a multi-national organization that multiple NPCs have been involved in. It specifically seems to have been the connecting glue between Riskel Daxio and House Briarwood, as well as several other NPCs adjacent to the Briarwoods.

It could be possible that it was stamped out with the deaths of both of the aforementioned people, but I find that incredibly unlikely.
