Skull with green jewel eye

Found within General Kreig's / Brimscythe's old house along with a few other strange items. Unclear which one of them put the skull there, but I feel pretty confident it was Brimscythe

The skull has elongated teeth and jaw

Allura Vysoren claims that an old and powerful Githyanki (prince Orpheus anyone?? ;) ) is housed within, and didn't seem to have a reason to BS. Seemed to believe that it COULD be capable of granting a wish, as it claimed it could, but also discouraged Vox Machina from utilizing said wish despite the threat of the Chroma Conclave.
