Dr. Dranzel's Troup

The group of people that travel with and seemingly defer to Dr. Dranzel
Scanlan is a former member of this troupe.


Dr. Dranzel mentioned (when Vox Machina encountered him in Westruun) that the rest of the troup was on their way from Kymal. Feels like it could be significant, but I'd have to go back to the last time was saw the troup to see if there's anything suspicious.
Note: Kymal is where many refugees went from Westruun after the herd took over, Dr. D was in Kymal, assumingly was around for the refugee influx, and then traveled to Westruun, but not even as an entire troupe, implying that the rest of the troupe either couldn't make the journey all together or still had things to do in Kymal. There's kind of two ways to read this, especially given that we find Kaylee and Dr. D with a bunch of locals in Westruun. Either they are good hearted and wanted to find a way to help the source of the problem that they saw in Kymal. OR. They're War Dogs, and are taking advantage of the crisis either to loot or to somehow profit off of what's going on.
Also mentioned going to Marquet. Uncertain how serious this mention was.
Last seen, they seemed to be heading Scanlan's advice and going to Vasselheim
