A city located in the central region of Crux, it is notable throughout the Underworld for two major factors, it is beholden to no Archon, and has fallen to none either. For those seeking refuge or knowledge untainted by their insidious words or ulterior motives, it is a prime location. In recent years, it has grown exceptionally in population due to refugees from the Archons fighting in the surrounding areas, as well as those fleeing from the advancing ambitions of Raksha, the Juggernaut, an imperialistic Archon with a chip on her shoulder.
