Atria

The northern region of the Underworld, Atria is filled with lakes and plateaus, as well as heavy volcanic activity and crystalline forests. The "roof" of the Underworld in Atria is much closer to the ground, creating many caverns and formations throughout it and rivers of lava are as common as rivers of water here, making travel treacherous without proper preparation. This region is also filled with ruins that vary greatly in architecture, purpose, and technological level, which attracts many dungeon delvers and archaeologists from across the Underworld. The largest city in the Underworld, Alakoth, is located here as well.
