Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel (a.k.a. Harley Quinn)
Harley Quinn is a criminal psychologist turned flamboyant criminal menace and the former girlfriend and sidekick to the Joker. While her intentions are typically good, her methods often betray her insanity, Quinn has acted as both ally and enemy to Batman.
Harley Quinn (aka Dr. Harleen Quinzel) is the former girlfriend and sidekick of The Joker. After breaking up with the Joker, she has founded and led a ragtag crew of villainous misfits and briefly became a member of the Legion of Doom. She also would later begin dating her best friend Poison Ivy.
Eventually, Harley realises that she does not feel like a villain anymore and decides to join the Bat Family as a crimefighter but ultimately realises the fact that she is not hero material and thus leaves the Bat family, later joining the newly created Gotham City Sirens.

Harleem Quinzel was a seemingly normal, although attractive women, with no stand out-ish qualities. She had a light skin tone with light blonde hair.
Harley Quin has several features that stand out, most notably her pale white skin. She also developed platinum blonde hair which she tied into twin tails which she would dye, one being pink and the other blue.

Once she became Harley Quinn, she adopted a life of crime and would work for the Joker before becoming independant. Although she would not officially have a job during this time, she would take up many small odd-jobs at locations where the Joker currently was.

Despite being an attractive woman, Harleen struggled in her dating life. Her only relationship being in high school to guy who would eventually dump her.
While working at Arkham Asylum, the Joker played into Harleen's issues and easily seduced her in order to escape. After escaping, the Joker turned Harleen into Harley Quinn and they would start dating.
Harley's relationship with the Joker was very one sided and while she was completely infatuated with him, he could not really care less for her.
Harley eventually breaks up with the Joker after he decides to save Batman from death rather than her. After moving on, Harley would start dating her best friend Poison Ivy and they are currently still in a happy and healthy relationship.

Harleen being well educated has always had a soft high pitched voice but a firm and friendly tone. However after she got turned into Harley by the Joker, she adopted a more child-like voice and a ditzy attitude despite her still being quite intelligent.
Eventually, after her infatuation with the Joker ended, she mellowed out slightly but still retained many of her newly acquired qualities.
