Amnesty Bay

Amnesty Bay is a small coastal town located in Maine.
It was home to Tom Curry, a local lighthouse keeper. It was along the coast he discovered a young blonde boy swimming in the ocean. He adopted the boy and named him Arthur Curry and raised him at his home, the Curry Lighthouse.
