Joergen
Joergen (a.k.a. the Kind)
Joergen was born into a tribe of Mammothodon, an ancient subspecies of Loxodons, where strength and might were the way of life. Only the strong can survive in the frozen north and in Joergen's tribe, the strongest led the rest. Joergen himself was never among the strongest, but his determination and fortitude earned him a place among the tribe's warriors.
Despite the harsh conditions and overwhelming expectations, the Loxodons of the clan are like all Loxodon very obstinate and kind natured beings. The members of the clan followed the modest truth, a simple and unbending set of morals where the strong have the largest say, but violence is only the last resort. Despite their focus on might and strength, disputes really ended in violence, but rather in discussions regarding deeds of might.
Life was simple in the tribe, and Joergen the Kind was out gathering food, a large swooping figure flew over him towards the tribe. Joergen hurried back to the encampment, but it was too late. The tribe had been killed by an ancient white dragon. That day Joergen vowed to kill the beast one day. For a while, after his tribe was killed, Joergen joined a herd of Mammoths and after the eldest male died beside Joergen in order to defend the herd from a pack of wolves, he carved a totem in honour of the mighty beast.
He soon moved on the south in order to discover what lands might ay there. Making his way to the mighty city of Freywharf, Joergen truly lives up to his nickname, as he seldom resolves to violence. He always does his best to help those around him and live up to the values of the modest truth.
