Nubian Pyramids

Nubian Pyramids were built later than the Egyptian pyramids, and are more numerous, smaller, and are south of the old Egyptian empire. They were built by the Kushites and the Nubians for their rulers, both kings and queens. Both the latter were mummified but not to the same standards of Egyptian mummies. Many have also the same rumours & superstitions concerning these pyramids, that concern curses against grave robbers, entering the tombs, and that the dead roam around them, including the mummies themselves.
