Spirit Nature. The Glaistig doesn't need, air, sleep, drink, or food.   Unearthly Song / Dance. Quite a few Glaistig can charm mortals with a song or a dance. The victim must make a DC 13 Charisma saving throw, or be charmed for 1 hour. If successful, the victim is not charmed, and it doesn't work on them for 24 hours. If failed (and it works on Fey Ancestry creatures too), the Glaistig will take the victim to their lair and drain them of blood for the remaining time. This is treated as an automatic bite attack as detailed below.   Trickster. The Glaistig carries out tricks or punishments when it or it's protected creatures are harmed. It will cause Disadvantage for 1 to 24 hours to any rolls made by a victim for that time period.

The Glaistig is a spirit in Alba, that is also known as a maighdean uaine (Green Maiden). She appears as a beautiful woman, a monstrous man, a half-woman half-goat, or as a goat. The lower goat half of her hybrid form is usually disguised by a long, flowing green robe or dress, and the woman often appears grey with long yellow hair. She is an ambivalent spirit, being evil or good depending on the spirit itself. She will seduce men with song and/or dance, luring them back to her lair too feed on their blood, or throw stones in front of their path to distract them. Many act as protectors of cattle & herders, with many leaving milk out for her in deference to her actions. A few are protectors of deer and will punish anyone who kills a doe instead of a stag.
