Multiattack. The fomorian attacks twice with it's greatclub or makes one greatclub attack and uses Evil Eye once.   Greatclub. Melee Weapon Attack +9 to hit, reach 15 ft, one target. Hit 19 3d8+6 bludgeoning damage.   Evil Eye. The fomorian magically forces a creature it can see within 40 feet of it to make a DC 14 Charisma saving throw. The creature takes 27 6d8 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.   Curse of the Evil Eye (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). With a stare, the Fomorian uses Evil Eye, but on a failed save, the creature is also cursed with magical deformities. While deformed, the creature has it's speed halved and has disadvantage on ability checks on Strength and Dexterity. The transformed creature can repeat the saving throw whenever it finishes a long rest, ending the effect on a success.

Fomorians (or Fomorire), are giants that live under the sea and land of Ireland. They are hostile to all but their own kind, raiding regularly from the sea. They have been at war with the first settlers in Ireland, and now at war with the present peoples & the Tuatha De Danann. They do have accords at times with the latter, and both sometimes intermarry. Some worship them as gods, and the Fomorains seem to represent the destructive powers of nature; personifications of chaos, darkness, death, blight and drought.   They have been round since before the first peoples settled Ireland, and no-one is entirely sure as to where they came from. It seems, according to some druids, that the Fomorians may have been Fey creatures once, but have been thrown out of most of the Fey worlds. The same stories say that they traded openly with other evil Fey creatures, especially hags, and the Unseelie Court, and over time have mutated by being in contact with dark magics.   After this, the Fomorian tried to gain a foothold in Ireland and were eventually pushed out by settlers. Remembering their past the Fomorians remembered many of the old corrupted remnants of Fey civilisation below the sea, and below the earth. There they moved, and have blighted the regions around Ireland ever since.
