Baker

Bakers work at bakery or a kitchen. They make baked goods and usually bread as well. The process usually involves flour, water, sometimes a raising agent, and a source of heat. In a bakery it is regularly a bakers oven. The latter application is regularly separated from other buildings, or even outside town to cut down on the risk of fire to other properties.
