Ground Breaking ceremony for Ganymede Spire

Construction beginning/end

The start of construction – or rather start of growing – for Ganymede Spire.

A ceremony which would have seemed odd anywhere else, but in the Slice, involved a catamite getting in a sling and penetrated by the Community Leader until holographic fireworks erupted from both their forearm tattoos. After that nano technology broke ground and prepared it so they could pour the foundation the same afternoon, and also planted the shoots that would grow into the Spire.
