Zogin
Zogin is a popular dessert in the Coalition, and can be best be described as a sort of a spicy pannacotta with nuts in it.

It’s an unofficial tradition at a boy’s fifteenth birthday that a close friend of his presents him with the dessert, saying the words “I now give you an Zogin.” The boy who gives the dessert usually has already been presented with the dessert, at his own birthday. In some homes, and sometimes even in the school canteen, the boy giving the dessert then gets under the table and gives the birthday boy a literal Zogin, while he eats the dessert by going down on him.
