A senate of arcanists rules the enclave, three from each of the three forms of magic: Inventives, Mentalisms, or Variations. The current First Arcanist is Iriolarthas, of the Inventives discipline.

Culture

As a magocracy those with magical skill are innately regarded as superior to those without. Those without magical aptitude can prove themselves useful in society but will have a harder time ahead of them.
