Wakandan International Outreach Centre
The first of a series of Outreach Centres constructed by T'Challa around the world.
The centre provides free youth training in science and technology, and also contains a medical centre providing cost-free reproductive services, pre-Natal and pediatric care, vaccinations, and physical therapy. The building also contains offices for a number of local non-profits, primarily those focussed on legal advocacy and community development.
In 2018, following a petition by the local community, they added a drug and alcohol rehabilitation services, including a needle exchange and a safe drug use site.
The building is constructed on the site of the apartment block where N'Jadaka grew up.
