Unknown (a.k.a. Reader)
The Reader is an Orollanian Inhuman who was previously in the employ of the Ennilux Corporation.
He was hired by the Capo following the Inhuman Outbreak to locate NuHumans with potentially useful powers, and bring them back to Ennilux HQ to be used as slave labour. He justified this cruelty by arguing that it was unsafe for nuhumans to continue living among humans. Though they would be exploited by Ennilux, they would at least be protected from human discrimination and fear, historically the biggest threat to Inhumans.
However, he finally had a change of heart after learning that his most recent recruit, Xiaoyi Chen, was going to be used as the new host for the Capo, effectively killing her.
After helping Xiaoyi escape, he escorted her to Hawai'i. Although she asked him to join her in New Attilan, he chose to return to Orollan.

The Reader is blind. He navigates the world with the help of his service dog, Forey, using his powers to allow him to see through Forey's eyes.
Special abilities
His inhuman ability allows him to warp reality. However, he cannot do this at will; to activate his power, he must read a single word that encapsulates what he wishes to do. For example, he uses the word 'see' to allow him to see through the eyes of his service dog, Forey.
He carries a deck of cards with words on them in braille, covering the most common uses for his powers, just as 'escape' which allows him to teleport, 'understand' which allows him to understand and speak other languages, or 'shield' to protect himself from harm.
The power is also limited in usage, and he can only read 3-5 words each day before exhausting his energy.
