Alsibar

Alsibar is a Shi'ar prison planet in the Cyrane Om'lr system. It has extensive Rhenium and Tellurium mines, where prisoners are used as forced larbour.

The space-pirate crew the Starjammers is formed of escaped prisoners from Alsibar, and in 1999, the largest prison-mine was attacked by Carol Danvers, who freed almost 400 Skrull political prisoners.
