The Tilted Spire

A giant metal spire rises out of the earth at a slight angle, reaching up sixty metres into the sky. At its base is Tiltspire, a small settlement where refugees from Cerelon have begun to make their home.

Above Ground

The spire has several decks above ground, with the Ground Level having been converted into a town hall and shelter for the settlements newer arrivals. There are five additional levels directly above it, with a sixth control level near the top of the spire.
