The Sealing of the Primordials

While the mortal realms no longer crossed each other, the Triads were too large to be batted away by Primordials as the individual realms once were - and the passing off too much primordial energy through a mortal realm could easily destroy it. Realizing this danger, the deities joined as one to seal their originators in a realm of their own - but without the energy of the Primordials in the aether, the deities could not sustain themselves. So they created another realm - one they ringed and connected to the new Primordial Realm, where they could remain connected to the vast energy they needed to survive.
